Warranty
1. Warranty and Guarantee
The warranty period for e-scooters is as follows. If the customer finds non‑human damage within the warranty period, we will provide replacement parts free of charge (shipping costs may apply depending on the time period). After the warranty period, the customer has to pay for the replacement parts and shipping fees.

Shipping Cost Policy During Warranty:
- For main parts: within 3 months, we cover both part and shipping costs; from 3 to 6 months, the part is free but the customer pays shipping.
- For functional parts: within 3 months, we cover both part and shipping costs; after 3 months, the part and shipping are at customer's cost.
- Appearance parts are not covered.
Please note: Second‑hand e‑scooters and modified e‑scooters are not covered by warranty. Accessories purchased separately are not covered by warranty except for DOA (Dead on Arrival).
2. Warranty Coverage
One of the following conditions does NOT qualify for warranty:
1. Failure caused by the user's failure to use, maintain and adjust according to the "Instruction Manual".
2. Users disassemble, repair or modify the product themselves, or failures caused by non‑compliance with the rules of use.
3. Failure caused by improper use or storage by the user, or accident (including but not limited to crashes, drops, or impacts).
4. The cost of going to other repair shops for repairs without our prior written consent.
5. Slight scratches or cosmetic damage to the outer package or the product itself (appearance parts) are not warranted.
6. Water damage (immersion or exposure to heavy rain).
7. Damage caused by unstable voltage.
8. Damage caused by using non‑original parts or accessories.
9. Consumable parts (e.g., tires, saddles, plastic parts, brake pads, brake lines) are not covered by warranty.
10. Any products returned without our prior acceptance (return authorization) will not be refunded or warranted.
11. Batteries: Used batteries are not covered for return; only defects under warranty are eligible for replacement (subject to the warranty period and conditions).
3. How to Apply for Warranty
Step 1: Take a clear picture or short video showing the issue with your e‑scooter.
Step 2: Send a short description of the problem, along with the pictures/videos, your order number, and the platform of purchase to info@eu-iscooter.com.
Step 3: Our support team will diagnose your problem. If the issue is clear, we will provide a solution (e.g., send replacement parts).
Step 4: For issues that cannot be diagnosed immediately, we may send you troubleshooting instructions. You will need to perform checks as guided and provide us with the corresponding videos or pictures.
Step 5: After verification of your order information and delivery address, we will dispatch the necessary replacement parts to you.
